Getting Started

How do I get started?

Schedule a free assessment. We'll discuss needs, routines, preferences, and timing, then build a personalized care plan.

How quickly can care begin?

Often within 24–72 hours after your assessment, depending on schedule and caregiver match.

Who should be present for the assessment?

The client and a family member or decision-maker if possible. We can also accommodate remote participants.

Can I choose my caregiver?

We match based on skills, schedule, location, and personality fit. If a change is needed, we'll rematch promptly.

Will I have the same caregiver each visit?

We prioritize continuity of care and keep your team as consistent as possible.

Payments & Policies

Do you accept insurance or MassHealth?

We operate primarily as private pay. If you have benefits that may apply, we're happy to coordinate documentation you might need.

Do you list prices online?

We don't post prices. Every situation is unique. Please contact us to discuss rates based on your specific needs and schedule.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Minimums vary by service type and schedule. We'll review this with you during the assessment.
